Grasshopper Pie
A fun recipe for kids!
Kids will go ga-ga over our tasty Grasshopper Pie
below. Simply prepare pudding according to directions. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, except the Cool Whip.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Don't whip the mixture or it will 'fall'. Pour into the pie crust and decorate with fake grasshoppers if desired.
Ingredients for Grasshopper Pie
1 pre-made chocolate graham cracker crust
1 large box of pistachio pudding, milk
1 small container of Cool Whip
1 small drained can of crushed pineapple
1/4 bag of white mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 jar of drained cherries
Stir-Fry Tips
Turn up the heat! The trick is to keep the food moving to prevent scorching or burning.
If more oil is needed, bring it to the frying temperature before adding more food.
If you are watching your waistline, try adding a bit of water rather than oil.
When 'stirring' your stir-fry, gently list and turn the food using a folding motion.
