Warning: Eat with caution and aim mouth away from television screen when cheering for team.
The Recipe
3 dozen Chicken Wings
3 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
Garlic Powder to taste
¼ cup of catsup
½ cup steak sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ cup of Orange Juice
¼ bottle of Hot Sauce (or less for sissies)
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 small stick of melted butter or margarine
1 cup creamy ranch salad dressing
Combine all the ingredients except the wings and ranch dressing in a small sauce pan and cook on stovetop until bubbling, or cook in microwave-safe bowl in your microwave on high for about 3 minutes, stirring once.
Arrange wings in a foil-lined pan; cover with sauce. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for approximately twenty minutes, or in your microwave on high for about 6 minutes – until juices run clear.
If desired, reserve a bit of the glaze for a final coating of fire. Serve with ranch dressing and a large barrel of water.
